Job summary

Cross Link Consulting in North Augusta, SC seeks a full-time IT Support Engineer to be the trusted technical resource for our customers. This hands-on role focuses on remote support, software troubleshooting, Microsoft 365 administration, cybersecurity response, and resolving client technology issues.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of IT support experience.
• Strong software troubleshooting and analytical problem solving.
• Good judgment and integrity with client-focused mindset.
• Experience with Windows desktops/laptops and Microsoft 365 administration.
• Familiarity with Entra ID / Azure AD and endpoint security.

Responsibilities

• Provide remote technical support and triage issues to resolution.
• Manage Microsoft 365 administration, security reviews, and onboarding.
• Respond to cybersecurity alerts and phishing investigations.
• Onboard new employees and provision accounts and access.
• Maintain weekly software updates, monthly backups, and email security reviews.
• Support clients across accounting, legal, and healthcare verticals.
