Job summary

Olmec Systems, LLC. is seeking an Onsite IT Support Engineer to act as the go-to IT resource at the client’s office. You will provide day‑to‑day technical support for workstations, software, and basic networking, delivering white‑glove service to end users.

You will work independently onsite within an MSP team, collaborating with remote engineers when needed. 1–3 years of IT support experience and strong customer service are required.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of IT support experience (MSP or corporate preferred).
• Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, and basic Active Directory tasks.
• Understanding of basic networking concepts (IP, Wi‑Fi, VPN, DNS).
• Able to troubleshoot hardware and software issues efficiently.
• Strong customer service skills and ability to explain IT solutions to non-technical users.
• Experience working with C‑Suite executives is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite IT support for users at the client HQ office.
• Troubleshoot Windows desktops/laptops, software applications, and basic networking.
• Assist with Microsoft 365 account setup, email issues, and cloud-based apps.
• Support printers, peripherals, and conference room technology.
• Handle basic network troubleshooting (Wi‑Fi, VPN, connectivity).
• Collaborate with senior engineers for escalations and complex issues.
• Document all work in the IT ticketing system.
• Deliver a high level of customer service to end users.
