Job summary

AES Drilling Fluids is hiring a Desktop Support Engineer to provide on-site, customer-focused technical support across office, warehouse, field, and remote environments. You will handle desktops, laptops, Microsoft 365 apps, printers, mobile devices, and user accounts while collaborating with senior IT team members.

The role offers exposure to endpoint management, cybersecurity initiatives, identity management, and enterprise IT projects in a professional enterprise IT setting.

Qualifications

• 3–7 years of professional IT support experience, preferably in multi-location environments.
• Experience with Windows 11 desktop/laptop support.
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 applications.
• Basic hardware, OS, printers, and mobile device knowledge.
• Understanding of networking concepts (IP, Wi‑Fi, VPN, DNS, DHCP).
• Adherence to security, confidentiality, and asset-handling procedures.
• Strong communication and customer-service skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 1/2 technical support to AES employees by phone, remote tools, ticketing system, and in person.
