Job summary

The Collier Companies seeks an IT Support Specialist for our on-site Information Technology team in Gainesville. This role provides advanced Level II/III support for end users, endpoints, Microsoft cloud platforms, and enterprise apps across the organization.

The ideal candidate has strong experience with Microsoft 365, Azure, Intune, and mixed OS environments, plus excellent troubleshooting and customer service.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of professional IT support experience in a corporate or enterprise environment.
• Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11 administration and troubleshooting.
• Experience supporting Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Azure environments.
• Experience supporting macOS devices in a business environment.
• Experience utilizing ticketing platforms (e.g., Zendesk).
• Understanding of AD, group policy, and endpoint security best practices.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced onsite Level II/III support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, conferencing systems, and peripheral hardware.
• Troubleshoot and resolve escalated hardware, software, authentication, connectivity, and endpoint management issues.
• Administer and support Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Azure AD.
• Deploy, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot Windows 10/11 and macOS systems in an enterprise environment.
• Manage endpoint provisioning, configuration policies, compliance, and device security through Intune.
• Collaborate with infrastructure, networking, and cybersecurity teams on operational support and project initiatives.
