Job summary

Maymont Homes seeks a Technical Support Engineer to deliver and maintain enterprise IT solutions in Charleston. The role focuses on Windows 11, Office 365, Intune, and basic network support, with hands-on end-user assistance across devices and applications.

You will contribute to service management via ServiceNow, collaborate with vendors, and participate in a 24x7 executive support rotation. A 3+ year background in IT support is expected, along with strong communication and problem-solving

Qualifications

• 3+ years in IT support or related technical role.
• Experience with iOS/Android devices management.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow, Azure, Office 365, and Windows operating systems.
• Experience with Jamf for Apple device management is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide end-user technical support for Windows, Office 365, Intune, and device management solutions.
• Operate Service Desk functions including incident handling and documentation in ServiceNow.
• Collaborate with vendors and cross-functional teams to resolve issues.
• Assist in architecting and maintaining IT management platforms (Jamf, PrinterLogic, etc.).
• Support 24x7 on-call rotation as part of the on-site IT team.
