Job summary

Anthropic Limited is seeking an IT Support Engineer to keep our macOS-centric environment running smoothly. You’ll play a key role in onboarding at scale, automating repetitive tasks (including with Claude), and improving the employee experience.

Work closely with IT Engineering and Security, with growth into more complex infrastructure over time. The role is based in a major US office with a 4-day in-office expectation.

Qualifications

• 7+ years hands-on IT support experience, ideally in fast-paced environments.
• Excellent communication with users of all levels.
• Strong troubleshooting with methodical, curious, and persistent approach.
• Experience supporting macOS endpoints; comfortable with ChromeOS, iOS, Android.
• Significant experience administering Google Workspace.
• Experience with Slack administration (permissions, troubleshooting).
• Familiar with identity and access fundamentals (SSO, MFA, directory services).
• Experience with basic scripting (Bash or Python).

Responsibilities

• Triage and resolve IT issues across hardware, software, networking, and accounts.
• Diagnose and resolve issues across macOS, ChromeOS, iOS, Android, and core SaaS platforms.
• Troubleshoot device enrollment, configuration profiles, and policy enforcement.
• Support onboarding/offboarding and lifecycle workflows.
• Handle escalations requiring cross-team coordination.
• Participate in on-call rotations for after-hours issues.
• Provide hands-on support for user tech, AV systems, and printers.
