Job summary

Anthropic Limited is seeking an IT Support Engineer to scale onboarding, automate repetitive tasks, and improve the employee experience across a primarily macOS environment. You’ll work with IT Engineering and Security and may grow into broader infrastructure work over time.

The role emphasizes end-user support, documentation, and automation, with on-call rotation and cross-team collaboration in a fast-growing AI research environment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of hands-on IT support experience in a fast-paced or high-growth environment.
• Excellent communicator who helps others solve problems.
• Strong troubleshooting skills, methodical, curious, and persistent.
• Experience supporting macOS endpoints and ChromeOS, iOS, Android.

Responsibilities

• Triage and resolve hardware, software, networking, and account issues via ticketing system and Slack/on-site.
• Diagnose and resolve macOS, ChromeOS, iOS, Android, and core SaaS platform issues (Google Workspace, Slack, GitHub, Atlassian).
• Troubleshoot device enrollment, configurations, and policy enforcement; support access management and lifecycle workflows.
• Handle escalations and participate in on-call rotation for after-hours issues.
• Provide hands-on support for user tech, AV, conference rooms, and printers.
