Baseten is seeking an NYC-based IT Support / Operations Engineer to bring IT support in-house and scale our internal systems. You will own day-to-day technical issues, manage onboarding, and maintain the hybrid office infrastructure across Mac and Windows environments.

The role emphasizes hands-on problem solving, workflow automation, and collaboration with the IT team, with three days per week in-person at our San Francisco office as we scale.

Qualificações

• 4+ years of IT support and administration in a high-growth or fast-paced environment.
• Strong working knowledge of Google Workspace, MDM platforms (Kandji), IdM/SSO solutions (Okta), and video conferencing tools.
• Proven experience administering macOS at scale, with solid Windows knowledge.
• Hands-on experience with automation tools and streamlining IT processes.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as escalation point for day-to-day technical support across Mac and Windows fleet.
• Manage user lifecycle administration including provisioning, deprovisioning, and access management.
• Own IT onboarding for new employees from laptop setup to first-day experience.
• Maintain and improve office IT infrastructure for reliability.
• Build and maintain a knowledge base to reduce ticket volume.
• Manage IT asset procurement, inventory tracking, and vendor relationships.
• Support new office buildouts and contribute to workplace IT planning.
• Identify opportunities to automate workflows and reduce inefficiencies.
• Perform admin-level access management and cloud service maintenance.
