Anthropic Limited is seeking an IT Support Engineer to keep our rapidly growing organization running smoothly. You will handle end‑user support across macOS and SaaS tools, automate repetitive tasks, and participate in on‑call rotations to resolve urgent issues.

You’ll work with IT Engineering and Security, with opportunities to grow into broader infrastructure work as the team scales. Prioritize user experience and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of hands-on IT support experience in fast-paced environments.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills for a wide user base.
• Strong troubleshooting across hardware, software, networking and accounts.
• Proven experience supporting macOS endpoints and multiple SaaS platforms.
• Deep knowledge of Google Workspace administration and Slack workspace management.
• Understanding of identity and access fundamentals (SSO, MFA, directory services).
• Scripting ability (Bash or Python) to automate repetitive tasks.

Responsibilities

• Triad and resolve IT issues across hardware, software, networking, and accounts via ticketing, Slack, and in person.
• Support macOS, ChromeOS, iOS, Android and core SaaS platforms (Google Workspace, Slack, GitHub, Atlassian).
• Assist with onboarding/offboarding and access management workflows.
• Contribute to on‑call rotation and cross‑team collaboration for escalations.
• Create/runbooks and maintain internal documentation; identify patterns for automation.
