Anthropic is building a robust endpoint platform, owning the MDM stack end‑to‑end for macOS and mobile. You will automate configuration, patching, and telemetry, while partnering with Security to enforce controls and resilience.

The role emphasizes architecture decisions, scalable operations, and a lean, autonomous team culture. We value deep expertise in macOS internals, Python and shell scripting, and a track record of delivering secure IT systems across large fleets.

Competenze

• 8+ years building secure IT systems in complex environments.
• Experience leading cross‑team IT / endpoint projects.
• Deep knowledge of macOS internals and MDM tooling.
• Proficiency in Python and shell scripting.
• Ability to author design docs and runbooks.

Mansioni

• Own endpoint configuration as code: Author, review, test, rollout across macOS and mobile.
• Operate the MDM platform as a production service with IaC, observability, upgrades and incident response.
• Build patch management automation with fast enforcement and good UX.
• Design zero touch provisioning for first‑day device readiness.
• Collaborate with Security and DevOps to ensure compliance and scaling.
