• 2+ years MSP experience REQUIRED.
• Experience with Office 365 migrations, troubleshooting and setup.
• Experience configuring and installing various computer and Windows servers.

• Diagnose issues, troubleshoot, and resolve technical challenges.
• Ensure an excellent client experience.
