Job summary

Exigent is seeking an experienced Support Engineer to serve as a senior escalation resource for complex IT issues across Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune, Windows endpoints, networking, and cloud platforms. The role blends hands-on troubleshooting with strategic improvements to processes and security.

The position is hybrid, with remote work predominating and onsite requirements as needed across Exigent's locations. You will partner with our MSP and internal teams to deliver scalable IT solutions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive IT support and systems administration experience.
• Bachelor's degree in IT preferred.
• Experience coordinating with MSPs or external IT service providers.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Hybrid work environment with onsite requirements as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced Tier 2/3 IT support across endpoints, identity, networking, and cloud services.
• Own complex issues from investigation to resolution and document diagnosis.
• Collaborate with MSP and vendors to resolve issues.
• Improve IT processes, documentation, and support procedures.
• Support infrastructure upgrades, deployments, and technology initiatives.
