Job summary

CAI is seeking a Senior Solutions Consultant to serve as a pre‑sales technical architect and proposal writer across IT service lines. This remote, full‑time role partners with BD, Capture and Delivery to translate client requirements into winning, technically sound solutions across ITSM, Service Desk, ServiceNow, Atlassian/JSM, AMS, Cloud and Infrastructure.

The ideal candidate will move fluidly between technical depth and executive storytelling, write the “Technical Approach” in RFP responses,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or technical field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in IT services with evaluating RFPs and creating SOWs.
• Experience in pre‑sales, solutions architecture, or proposal development.
• Ability to design solutions across ITSM, Service Desk, Cloud and Infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Serve as lead solution architect for pre‑sales pursuits translating RFP/RFI into solutions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to develop CAI strategy for pursuits.
• Design end‑to‑end ITSM/Service Desk solutions across platforms.
• Write and edit proposal content including staffing plans and pricing.
• Lead workshops with capture teams and delivery leads to shape win themes.
• Partner with ServiceNow, Atlassian, AWS, Azure and other vendors in proposals.
