Job summary

CAI is seeking a Senior Solutions Consultant to act as a pre‑sales technical architect and proposal writer. You will translate client requirements into technically sound, differentiating solutions across ITSM, Service Desk, ServiceNow, Atlassian/JSM, AMS/Cloud, and Infrastructure.

The role is full‑time and remote, requiring collaboration with Business Development, Capture, and Delivery leadership to position CAI as the preferred vendor and to craft compelling technical approaches for RFP

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in business or technical field.
• 5+ years in IT services with RFP evaluation and SOW creation in a pre‑sales/solutions role.
• Ability to design and articulate solutions across ITSM/ITIL, ServiceNow, Jira Service Management, AMS/ASO, Cloud and Infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate opportunities for new business and develop winning lines of business.
• Lead solution architecture for pre‑sales pursuits and translate RFP/RFI requirements into technical, staffing solutions.
• Design end‑to‑end solutions across ITSM/ITIL, ServiceNow, Atlassian/JSM, AMS/ASO, Cloud and Infrastructure.
