Job summary

GoTo is seeking a Senior Account Executive for IT Support Products (SaaS) to drive remote US sales. You will own territories, manage existing customers, and push quota through strategic prospecting and expansions.

You’ll collaborate with Sales Engineering, PMs for proofs of concept, legal/contracts, and partner managers; travel occasionally for on-sites and events. Proficiency with Salesforce and a proven B2B SaaS track record are highly valued.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of sales experience, ideally in B2B SaaS.
• Proven ability to prospect and uncover customer needs through consultative discovery.
• Self-motivated, with proactive communication across internal teams and timely follow-up with customers.
• Comfortable using Salesforce and working with BDR, Sales Engineering, and project management teams.
• Ability to travel occasionally for customer on-sites and 1–2 partner, product, or marketing events per quarter.

Responsibilities

• Territory ownership: manage assigned territory toward quota.
• Expansion and renewals: grow existing accounts with upsells and upgrades; protect revenue with Renewals team.
• New business: build net-new pipeline with dedicated BDR through weekly strategy and outbound cadence.
• Collaboration: involve Sales Engineering, PMs for proofs of concept, product, legal and contracts, and Regional Partner Managers.
• Partner selling: work with value-added resellers and strategic partners to source and close business.
• Sales discipline: plan weekly, qualify quickly, forecast accurately, and keep Salesforce current.
