Job summary

CAI is seeking a Senior IT Project Manager to lead IT projects from initiation through closure, delivering within scope, schedule, and budget. You will collaborate with sponsors, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to drive project success, following established governance standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 7+ years of progressive project management experience on large engineering IT projects.
• Experience managing projects through full lifecycle (initiation to closure).
• Experience developing project plans, budgets, schedules, and resource allocations.
• Strong knowledge of governance, risk, issue, and change control processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage IT projects from initiation through closure within approved timelines, budgets, and scope.
• Develop charters, objectives, deliverables, resource needs, budgets, and schedules with sponsors/stakeholders.
• Monitor plans, risks, issues, dependencies, resources, and change requests.
• Communicate status, milestones, risks, and decisions to PMOs and leadership.
• Lead closeout activities with summaries, presentations, and reviews.
