Job summary

Signature Performance is seeking an experienced Project Manager III for a remote nationwide role across the United States. The candidate will lead IT/software implementation projects from initiation to completion, ensuring deadlines, budgets, and objectives are met while coordinating internal teams and external vendors.

The role requires deep expertise in traditional, agile, and hybrid PM methods, with Scrum Master duties and strong KPIs-driven tracking.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in project management for IT/software implementations
• Proven track record delivering IT/software projects on time and within budget
• Extensive experience developing formal PM plans (scope, cost, schedule, quality, communications, risk)
• Proficient in Microsoft Project and KPI-driven reporting
• Active PMP, CSM, and CSPO certifications are required
• Healthcare industry experience beneficial

Responsibilities

• Lead, oversee, and manage project activities from initiation to closure
• Serve as Scrum Master for Agile projects and facilitate ceremonies
• Coordinate internal teams and external vendors to ensure on-time, in-scope, on-budget delivery
• Develop project scopes and objectives with stakeholders ensuring feasibility and alignment
• Monitor project performance using KPIs and change control processes
