Job summary

Signature Performance is seeking an experienced Project Manager III to lead IT/software implementations in a remote, nationwide role. You will drive projects from initiation through delivery, coordinating internal teams and vendors, and ensuring on-time, within-scope, and within-budget results.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in PM, PMP/CSM/CSPO credentials, and strong KPI-driven management skills. Expect collaboration with cross-functional teams and continuous process improvement.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10+ years Project Management experience with IT/Software Implementation focus.
• Active PMP, CSM, and CSPO certifications are required.
• Experience leading multiple projects with risk management and change control.

Responsibilities

• Lead, oversee, and manage project activities using traditional/waterfall, agile/lean, and hybrid approaches.
• Serve as Scrum Master for agile projects including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Coordinate internal teams and external vendors to deliver projects on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Develop comprehensive project scopes and objectives with stakeholders; ensure technical feasibility and alignment with goals.
• Generate detailed project documentation (charters, plans, logs, reports, etc.).
• Cultivate relationships with clients and stakeholders as primary liaison throughout the lifecycle.
