Job summary

Signature Performance seeks an experienced Project Manager III for a remote nationwide role. You will lead IT/software implementation projects from initiation to completion, ensuring deadlines, budget, and scope are met while coordinating internal teams and external vendors.

The ideal candidate demonstrates strong analytics, stakeholder communication, and team leadership. Relevant PMP/CSMO/CSPO credentials and experience with Azure/AWS and Atlassian tools are preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10+ years Project Management experience with a strong emphasis on IT/Software Implementation projects.
• Proven track record in IT/Software Implementation projects is essential.
• Expertise in developing comprehensive formal Project Management Plans with sub-plans.
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Project (Pro/Online).
• Experience with KPIs for monitoring project performance (EV, ETC, SV/SI).
• PMP, CSM, and CSPO certifications are preferred.
• Healthcare/healthcare admin domain experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead, oversee and manage project activities using traditional/waterfall, agile/lean, or hybrid approaches.
• Serve as Scrum Master for agile projects and facilitate ceremonies.
• Coordinate internal teams and vendors to deliver projects on time and within scope and budget.
• Develop project scopes and objectives with stakeholders and ensure alignment with goals.
• Manage resources and perform schedule development and critical path analysis.
• Document project artifacts and provide regular status reports and risk logs.
• Facilitate change management and stakeholder communication throughout the lifecycle.
