Job summary

Signature Performance, Inc. is seeking an experienced Project Manager III to lead IT/software implementation projects from initiation through delivery. You will align stakeholders, drive schedules, manage budgets, and ensure quality outcomes in a fast-paced healthcare setting.

Responsibilities include acting as Scrum Master, coordinating teams and vendors, developing comprehensive project artifacts, and continuously improving processes to deliver value on time and within scope.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10+ years Project Management experience with IT/Software Implementation projects.
• Proven track record in IT/Software Implementation projects is essential.
• Expertise in formal Project Management Plans covering scope, cost, schedule, quality, communications, risk, resources, change, and project integration.
• In depth knowledge of Microsoft Project (Professional or online versions).
• Demonstrated proficiency with KPIs for monitoring and controlling project work (EV, ETC, SPI, CPI, etc.).
• Ability to lead Work Breakdown Structures and estimation methods (various approaches).
• Active PMP, CSM, and CSPO required.
• Healthcare industry experience required.
• Demonstrated expertise in Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) required.
• Bachelor's or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead, oversee, and manage project activities using traditional/waterfall, agile/lean, and hybrid approaches.
• Serve as a Scrum Master for agile projects, facilitating sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews and retrospectives.
• Coordinate internal teams and external vendors to deliver projects on time, within scope and budget.
• Implement change management principles throughout the project lifecycle.
• Develop comprehensive project scopes and objectives with stakeholders.
• Ensure optimal resource allocation and perform schedule development and critical path analysis.
• Generate detailed project documentation (charter, vision and scope, risk logs, RA2ID2, issues log, etc.).
• Facilitate effective meeting documentation and decision capture.
• Manage scope, schedule, and cost changes with verification techniques; report and escalate issues.
• Cultivate relationships with clients and stakeholders as primary liaison.
• Conduct risk management and maintain vendor relationships.
• Analyze healthcare administration functions to inform project requirements.
• Document software requirements specs and facilitate customer-dev team communication.
• Create workflow diagrams and participate in peer design reviews.
• Improve systems by studying practices and implementing enhancements.
• Fulfill Scrum Master duties including coaching and impediment removal.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
