Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. seeks a Senior IT Portfolio Manager to mature lean portfolio management across the IT organization. You will partner with IT and Business to identify cost-effective solutions that deliver strategic value, while guiding budget and demand planning and portfolio governance.

You will manage portfolios ranging from $10M to $100M, develop value-driven plans, and report to IT Leadership on KPIs like budget, risks, and ROI. A servant-leader mindset in Lean-Agile delivery is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Management or related field.
• 7+ years IT program/project management with portfolio management experience.
• Experience with enterprise Agile frameworks and multiple ALM tools.

Responsibilities

• Mature lean portfolio management framework across IT and partner with business.
• Develop value-oriented plans to guide decision-making and manage budgets.
• Provide reporting on budgets, schedule health, risks, and ROI.
• Coach teams in Lean-Agile delivery and governance processes.
• Optimize allocation of financials and resources across initiatives.
