Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. is seeking a Sr. IT Portfolio Manager to mature the lean portfolio and project management framework across the IT organization.

You will partner with IT and business stakeholders to identify cost-effective solutions that deliver strategic value. The role combines lean portfolio principles with Ryder's technology portfolio to develop value-oriented plans, manage reporting standards, and drive proactive decision-making in the face of constraints and risks.

Qualifications

• Seven (7) years or more IT Program/Project Management with portfolio management skills.
• Experience leading agile transformations and coaching teams across multiple delivery frameworks.
• Proven ability to manage budgets and resource planning for large initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Manage portfolio budgets ($10M-$100M) and collaborate with IT Finance for forecasting.
• Build relationships with IT and Business partners to enable planning and decision-making.
• Define and implement portfolio management processes for planning, reporting and governance.
• Coach and guide Agile teams and delivery roles to improve Lean-Agile delivery across portfolios.
