Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. is seeking a Sr. IT Portfolio Manager to mature the lean portfolio and project management framework across IT, fostering partnerships with IT and Business partners to deliver strategic value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, Business Management or related field.
• 7+ years IT program/project management with portfolio management experience.
• Experience with SAFe, Lean, AzureDevOps, Planview or similar ALM tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead lean-portfolio decisions aligning IT investments with business goals.
• Oversee portfolio budgeting and cost-benefit analysis.
• Coach teams in Lean-Agile delivery and DevOps practices.
• Develop and report on KPIs and performance metrics.
• Collaborate with IT Finance, Business partners and leadership.
