Job summary

Alvarez & Marsal is expanding its PEPI IT & Merger Integration team with a Senior Associate role in Phoenix. The candidate will lead pre-acquisition IT diligence across business systems, IT infrastructure, enterprise architecture, and the software development lifecycle, and will drive merger integration and carve‑out execution to deliver post‑deal value.

The role requires 3–6 years in consulting or related fields and a bachelor’s degree.

Qualifications

• 3-6 years of professional consulting or relevant industry experience with a minimum of three years specializing in systems implementations, merger integration, business transformation, and change management
• Bachelor’s degree required
• Flexibility to travel at least 75% of time

Responsibilities

• Pre‑acquisition IT diligence assignments focused on ERP, WMS, and CRM; IT infrastructure; enterprise architecture; SDLC; budget analysis; and organizational assessment
• Merger‑integration and carve‑out execution
• Day-1 and 100-day planning and execution to drive performance in ERP, back office, supply chain, BI/reporting integration
• Manage day-to-day relationships to ensure exceptional performance
