Job summary

Alvarez & Marsal is seeking a Senior Director for PEPI - Tech Services M&A to lead complex client engagements for private equity clients and their portfolio companies. You will oversee Day-1 and 100-day planning, drive performance improvements in ERP, back-office functions, supply chain, and BI/reporting, and co-lead staff development.

The role requires 15+ years in consulting or related fields, with five years in systems implementations and merger integration, and up to 75% travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Extensive consulting experience with IT merger integration and business transformation.
• Strong track record with C-suite and private-equity partners.
• Experience leading change/communications strategies.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex client engagements for PE clients and portfolio companies.
• Oversee Day-1 and 100-day planning; improve ERP, back‑office, and supply chain performance.
• Maintain high‑quality deliverables and strong stakeholder relationships.
• Co‑coach staff and support recruitment and delivery teams.
