Alvarez & Marsal (A&M) is a leading independent global professional services firm expanding its PEPI – IT & Merger Integration team. We seek a Senior Associate to deliver large, complex engagements, focusing on IT diligence, merger integration, and transformation for private equity clients and their portfolio companies.

The role emphasizes driving performance in ERP, back office, supply chain, and BI/reporting integration, with Day-1 and Day-100 planning, and extensive travel.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of professional consulting or relevant industry experience.
• Minimum of three years specializing in systems implementations, merger integration, business transformation and change management.
• Proven writing skills for client-facing documents.
• Excellent fact-gathering and analytical skills, including process mapping and quantitative analysis.
• Flexibility to travel at least 75% of the time.

Responsabilités

• Pre-acquisition IT diligence assignments focused on ERP, WMS, CRM, IT infrastructure and enterprise architecture.
• Merger‑integration and carve‑out execution.
• Day‑1 and 100‑day planning and execution to drive performance improvement in ERP, back office, supply chain, BI, and channel management.
• Manage day‑to‑day relationships and deliver high-quality results.
