Alvarez & Marsal is expanding its PEPI – Information Technology & Merger Integration team to deliver large, complex engagements for private equity clients and their portfolio companies. The Senior Associate will focus on IT diligence, merger integration, carve-out execution, and Day-1/Day-100 planning while driving performance improvements in ERP, finance, and supply chain.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Proven writing skills for polished client-facing documents.
• Excellent fact-gathering and analytical abilities, including mapping business processes and quantitative analysis.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver large, complex engagements spanning IT diligence, merger integration, and carve-outs for private equity clients and portfolio companies.
• Lead Day-1 and Day-100 planning and execution to drive ERP, back office, and supply chain improvements.
• Ensure quality deliverables and manage day-to-day client relationships to achieve outstanding results.
