Alvarez & Marsal is seeking a Senior Associate to join the IT & Merger Integration practice, delivering large, complex engagements for private equity clients and portfolio companies. You will contribute to pre-acquisition IT diligence, merger integration, and Day-1/Day-100 planning, driving ERP and back‑office improvements while maintaining strong client relationships.

The role requires 3–6 years in consulting or related industries, a Bachelor's degree, and willingness to travel up to 75%.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of professional consulting or relevant industry experience with at least 3 years in systems implementations, merger integration, or change management.
• Deep functional expertise in IT diligence, merger integration, ERP, and/or IT operations.
• Proven ability to lead client-facing engagements and produce polished documents.

Responsibilities

• Conduct pre-acquisition IT diligence focusing on ERP, WMS, CRM, IT infrastructure, and enterprise architecture.
• Lead merger integration and carve-out execution with Day-1 and Day-100 planning.
• Drive performance improvements in ERP, back office, supply chain, and BI/reporting integration.
• Manage day-to-day client relationships to ensure exceptional delivery.
