Job summary

Alvarez & Marsal is seeking a Senior Associate for IT & Merger Integration in Dallas, TX. This role partners with PEPI teams to deliver large, complex engagements focusing on IT diligence, merger integration, carve-outs and Day-1/Day-100 planning.

We look for 3–6 years of consulting or industry experience in systems implementations and change management, with bachelor’s degree and willingness to travel up to 75%. A discretionary bonus is offered along with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Proven writing skills suitable for client-facing documents.
• Strong analytical ability including business process mapping and quantitative analysis.
• Experience designing and supervising change/communications strategies for internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Conduct pre‑acquisition IT diligence focusing on ERP, systems, infrastructure and architecture.
• Execute merger integration and carve‑out projects with effective governance.
• Plan and drive Day‑1 and Day‑100 initiatives to improve ERP, back office, supply chain and reporting.
• Manage day‑to‑day client relationships and ensure delivery quality.
