Alvarez & Marsal is expanding its Private Equity Performance Improvement (PEPI) – Information Technology & Merger Integration team in Miami. We seek a Senior Associate to deliver large, complex client engagements focused on IT diligence, merger integration, carve‑outs, and Day‑1/Day‑100 planning.

The role requires 3–6 years in consulting with experience across ERP, supply chain, and back-office integrations. Travel up to 75% is expected; a Bachelor’s degree is required.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of professional consulting or relevant industry experience, with at least 3 years in systems implementations, merger integration, or business transformation.
• IT pre-acquisition diligence
• IT merger integration and carve‑out
• ERP transformation program management
• Supply chain and finance process improvements
• IT operations
• Solution architecture
• Enterprise architecture and infrastructure
• IT strategy development
• IT performance improvement and cost reduction
• Proven writing skills with client-facing documentation
• Excellent fact-gathering and analytical skills including process mapping and quantitative analysis
• Experience designing and supervising change/communications strategies
• Flexibility to travel at least 75% of the time

Responsibilities

• Deliver large, complex engagements for private equity clients and their portfolio companies.
• Lead Day‑1 and Day‑100 planning and execution for ERP, back office, supply chain, BI/reporting integration.
• Manage day‑to‑day client relationships to ensure exceptional performance.
• Ensure quality deliverables and oversee project execution across workstreams.
