Job summary

Qualifications

• Or a combination totaling six years of training/experience.
• Education must be from an accredited institution.

Responsibilities

• Process work requests from campuses and District Office and assign IT work requests.
• Create and distribute reports related to work requests and technicians' schedules.
• Follow up with customers and provide status updates on outstanding issues.
• Maintain ERM/PeopleSoft operations documentation and phone inventory.
