Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Installs, configures, and troubleshoots technology including software, hardware, printers, and peripherals.
• Responds to help desk requests and follows up to ensure system stability.
• Sets up and maintains smart classroom technology and AV equipment.
• Provides user access to local file sharing and learning management systems.
• Writes and updates instructions and training materials for users.
