- Alternate: High school with three years of tech experience in heterogeneous environments.
Responsibilities
- Installs, configures, troubleshoots computer equipment, voice comms, data storage, servers, and virtualization.
- Sets up smart classroom equipment and integrates it with the district technology environment.
- Performs software installation, upgrades, and maintenance with license compliance.
- Responds to user needs, explains IT issues, deploys office and lab tech solutions, and follows up on stability.
