Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field and four years of relevant experience, or advanced degree substituted year-for-year.
Advanced knowledge and expertise in hardware, software, and network troubleshooting including enterprise-level systems and applications.
Advanced project management skills and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

Responsibilities

Lead technology support for the College of Social and Behavioral Sciences and coordinate college-wide technology services.
Provide advanced technical support and consultation for complex environments; administer college servers and infrastructure.
Collaborate with ITS leadership to implement campus technology standards and manage technology deployments, upgrades, and migrations.
Coordinate procurement activities, vendor interactions, and contract renewals for technology solutions.
Develop and deliver technical guidance, training, and knowledge-sharing to faculty, staff, and student workers.
