Job summary

Expedia Group is seeking a Senior IT Hardware Asset Coordinator to manage end-to-end IT hardware asset operations across the AMER region. You will own asset lifecycle, provisioning, deployment, refresh, and decommissioning while ensuring accurate tagging and data integrity in ServiceNow.

You will collaborate with procurement, IT operations and workplace teams to improve asset processes, handle escalations, and support audits.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in IT hardware asset management, end-user computing or IT operations.
• Bachelor's degree, technical qualification, or equivalent practical experience preferred.
• Proven experience managing the full hardware asset lifecycle (procurement through decommissioning).
• Experience supporting global or multi-region environments.
• Hands-on experience using ServiceNow Asset Management and CMDB.
• Experience supporting or acting as an escalation point for junior coordinators or support teams.
• IT Asset Management (ITAM), ServiceNow or supply-chain related certifications are a plus.
• Experience working with vendors, logistics partners and internal procurement teams.

Responsibilities

• Place and manage IT hardware orders for AMER and own end-to-end hardware asset lifecycle.
• Ensure accurate asset tagging, tracking and chain-of-custody throughout lifecycle.
• Maintain ServiceNow CMDB and support asset-related incidents and audits.
• Conduct stockroom audits and investigate inventory discrepancies across AMER.
• Collaborate with procurement, IT operations and workplace teams to improve processes.
