• Ability to lead global teams and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Populate and audit the ServiceNow CMDB and AMDB.
• Lead a global team to ensure uniform HAM processes.
• Procure hardware data, warranty, contract, and financial information.
• Review ServiceNow Incidents related to hardware assets.
• Develop and maintain HAM program documentation.
