Job summary

Pacific Life is seeking an IT Hardware Asset Management Lead to own enterprise-wide hardware asset governance, focusing on a hyper-accurate CMDB in ServiceNow. You will drive global standardization, procurement data quality, and lifecycle management from purchase to disposal.

The role requires 4+ years in hardware management, 2+ years leading teams, and deep knowledge of HAM tools such as Flexera and ServiceNow. Travel ~25% is expected.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of hardware management experience.
• 2+ years of leadership experience.
• Experience with Flexera, ServiceNow, SCCM, Intune, and Nexthink.
• Solid understanding of IT Asset Management policies, procedures, and practices.
• Experience using HAM tools to update AMDB and CMDB.
• Strong interpersonal and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Experience with Excel and Power BI for data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Populate and audit the ServiceNow CMDB/AMDB.
• Lead a global team to ensure uniformity and proper regulation across the environment.
• Procure data: hardware, contract, warranty, and lifecycle information.
• Review incidents/requests related to hardware assets.
• Data validation across systems of record.
• Prepare and distribute standard and ad-hoc hardware reports.
• Govern HAM processes and deployment metrics.
