CMC is seeking an IT Asset Management professional to manage hardware and software records in ServiceNow, ensuring accurate lifecycle data and compliance. You will reconcile records with inventories, coordinate onboarding/offboarding, and support procurement activities.

The role requires hands-on ServiceNow experience, strong data reconciliation skills, and collaboration with vendors and cross-functional teams to optimize asset value and optimize stockroom operations.

Formación

• 2+ years in IT asset management or related field.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow asset management or similar platform.

Responsabilidades

• Create, update, and maintain hardware/software asset records in ServiceNow.
• Coordinate asset lifecycle from onboarding to retirement.
• Reconcile records with inventories and procurement data.
• Generate reports and dashboards for asset status and compliance.
• Support stockroom operations and vendor interactions.
