• 4+ years in hardware management or IT asset management.
• Experience designing, developing, and generating reports for compliance and budget data.
• Ability to lead and coordinate a global team.
• Knowledge of HAM tools and CMDB/AMDB data reconciliation.

Responsibilities

• Populate and audit the ServiceNow CMDB/AMDB.
• Lead a global team to ensure uniform HAM processes.
• Procure hardware data, contracts, warranty info and financial data.
• Review incidents/requests related to hardware assets and generate reports.
