Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield seeks an Asset Management Coordinator to oversee IT hardware/software assets across their lifecycle. You will ensure accurate records, license compliance, and smooth provisioning for hires and terminations, while aligning with ITIL standards and security policies.

The role involves end-to-end management, including deployment and decommissioning, with emphasis on process discipline and cross-functional collaboration to optimize asset ROI.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in IT Asset Management, IT Support, or Procurement in a corporate or enterprise setting.
• Familiarity with ITIL principles, incident and configuration management.
• Experience with major ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow, JIRA, Freshservice).
• Technical fluency with Windows PCs, MacBooks, and mobile device ecosystems.
• Strong experience with Microsoft Office for communication and asset tracking.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end IT asset lifecycle management from procurement to retirement.
• Maintain real-time inventory records across asset systems and ensure data accuracy.
• Track licenses, renewals, and software entitlements to ensure compliance and cost control.
• Coordinate provisioning and logistics for hires, transfers, role changes, and terminations.
• Monitor SLAs and KPIs; support vendor management and reporting.
