GovCIO is seeking a Senior HQ Support Engineer to back the TSA in Alexandria, VA. This role provides technical and managerial leadership for IT field support across HQ sites, aligning goals with project objectives and ensuring staffing and methods meet requirements.

Qualifications

High School diploma and 6–9 years IT support experience.
Expert IT field support and leadership skills across multiple OS.
Advanced proficiency in mobile device support and deployment strategies.
Ability to provide comprehensive IT support for TSA staff at international locations.

Responsibilities

Provides technical and management leadership for major IT field support services across HQ Sites.
Directs and controls HQ support activities to meet technical requirements.
Oversees technical support to TSA staff and contractors, ensuring staffing resources.
Ensure support engineers complete mandatory and job-related training.
Directs IT Field Services tasks including deskside support, mobility, deployment, O&M, inventory, and A/V O&M.
