Job summary

GovCIO is seeking a Senior AJOC Support Engineer for an onsite role in Annapolis Junction, MD. You will provide senior IT field support leadership for AJOC, directing staffing, deskside tasks, and deployment activities to meet project objectives.

The role requires six years of IT support experience, ability to obtain DHS/TSA clearance, and proven leadership in service delivery across federal and contractor teams. Travel to international locations may be required.

Qualifications

• Ability to support TSA staff at international locations.

Responsibilities

• Provides technical and management leadership for major IT field support services for AJOC, establishing goals and plans that meet project objectives.
• Directs and controls all AJOC support activities, having overall responsibility for management, methods, and staffing to ensure technical requirements are met.
• Oversees technical support to federal, contractor, and detail employees using TSA Systems, ensuring appropriate staffing resources.
• Ensure support engineers complete mandatory and job-related training.
• Directs specific IT Field Services tasks, including deskside support, mobility support, deployment services, O&M, asset management inventory assistance, and video conferencing and A/V O&M, and local on-site cabling.
