The position demands expert IT field support, leadership across diverse operating systems, and strong communication to support TSA staff and executives. Onsite work and travel to various sites are expected.

Qualifications

• 6 years experience in IT support.
• Expert-level IT field support and leadership across multiple operating systems.
• Advanced proficiency in mobile device support and desk-side tasks.
• Ability to provide IT support for TSA airport staff, regional management staff, TSA executives.
• Leadership in evaluating service performance, managing and documenting tickets, and ensuring high-quality resolution.
• Applied learnings to improve Knowledge Base (KB) articles for continuous process improvement.
• Excellent communication, strategic thinking, and leadership across multiple tasks.
