Job summary
Reflection AI is seeking a Member of Technical Staff - IT Engineer to manage broad IT responsibilities with high autonomy. You will support executives, engineers, and staff, implement IT systems (MDM, SSO, ticketing), and help scale IT as the company grows.
The role blends hands-on operations with strategic projects and security initiatives. The position emphasizes cross-functional collaboration, onboarding of new hires, and building efficient IT processes across macOS and Windows ecosystems.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years in Tier 1–2 IT support.
- Experience with macOS and Windows devices.
- Proficient in provisioning users with Rippling and Okta.
- Okta as primary SSO IdP and integrating SaaS platforms with Okta SSO.
Responsibilities
- Handle day-to-day operational IT requests for internal customers.
- Define and implement systems and processes to improve IT operations.
- Provide white-glove support for executives.
- Assist with onboarding and new-hire provisioning.
- Design and deploy IT systems (MDM, SSO, ticketing).
- Support security initiatives and hardware security key rollout.
- Manage SaaS platforms and IT spend.
- Assist with office buildouts including AV, networking, and security equipment.
