Anthropic, based in San Francisco, is hiring an IT Support Engineer to lead the executive support function. You will own intake, escalation, and service delivery for executives, ABPs, and the board, with discretion and rapid response under pressure.

You will define the service model, runbooks, SLAs, and board AV support, while building trusted executive relationships and maintaining a regular on-site presence in SF.

Qualificações

• 7+ years in IT support with 3+ years in executive support.
• Experience standing up a service such as an executive support desk or VIP function.
• Experience supporting executives and board members with discretion and confidentiality.
• Strong hands-on IT basics: macOS fleets, identity and access, SaaS troubleshooting, hardware lifecycle.

Responsabilidades

• Stand up the executive support intake channels and manage requests from executives, ABPs, and board members.
• Define the white-glove service model and maintain discretion under pressure.
• Design board meeting AV support playbooks and provide AV for executive rooms and boards.
• Create exec-support runbooks and SLAs to keep services consistent as the team grows.
• Maintain a regular on-site presence in San Francisco and collaborate with the SF Core team.
