Job summary

Reflection AI is seeking a Member of Technical Staff - IT Engineer to manage a broad range of operational, strategic, and project-based IT responsibilities with high autonomy. You’ll support executives, assistants, engineers, and non-technical staff with everyday IT problems.

You’ll define IT requirements for new office builds, implement systems to improve IT operations, and support security initiatives across the organization, combining hands-on support with strategic IT solutions rollout.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Tier 1/2 IT support experience.
• Experience supporting executives and non-technical users.
• Ability to navigate complex problems with minimal support.
• Experience on macOS and Windows devices; Linux a bonus.
• Experience provisioning users with Rippling and Okta, including onboarding/offboarding automation.
• Okta as primary SSO IdP and integrating SaaS platforms with Okta SSO.
• MDM experience with Jamf, Kandji, or JumpCloud.
• Experience administering Google Workspace, Slack, Jira, and Linear.
• Strong technical depth and ability to communicate technical information clearly.

Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day operational IT requests.
• Define and implement systems and processes to improve IT operations.
• Provide white-glove support for executives.
• Onboard new employees with a smooth onboarding experience.
• Assist with design and deployment of IT systems (MDM, SSO, ticketing).
• Support IT Security initiatives, including hardware security key rollout and device posture attestation.
• Manage SaaS platforms and spending.
• Assist with buildouts of new offices (AV, networking, security).
