Job summary

Reflection AI is seeking a Member of Technical Staff - IT Engineer to support executives and staff across macOS and Windows environments. You’ll manage day-to-day IT requests, implement scalable processes, and help grow our office footprint with secure, streamlined systems.

Join a founder-led team building open AI tools. You’ll deploy SSO, MDM, and ticketing, safeguard data, and enable rapid onboarding while delivering white-glove service to senior leaders and engineers alike.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in Tier 1/2 IT support.
Experience in a customer-facing role with executives, engineers, and non-technical staff.
Proficiency with macOS and Windows; Linux a bonus.
Experience provisioning users with Rippling and Okta, onboarding/offboarding automation.
Okta SSO as primary IdP and SaaS integrations.
MDM solutions such as Jamf, Kandji, JumpCloud.
Experience administering Google Workspace, Slack, Jira, and Linear.
Strong ability to communicate technical concepts clearly.

Responsibilities

Handle day-to-day operational IT requests.
Define and implement systems and processes to improve IT efficiency.
Provide white-glove operational support for executives.
Facilitate onboarding of new employees with a smooth experience.
Assist design/deployment of IT systems (MDM, SSO, ticketing).
Support IT security initiatives including hardware security key rollout.
Manage SaaS platforms and SaaS spend.
Assist with office buildouts, coordinating AV, networking, and security equipment.
