Job summary

Invenergy is seeking an Executive IT Support Specialist to deliver high-touch, discreet tech support to senior leadership and executives across corporate and personal environments. You will support 2000+ employees across 120+ sites, ensuring rapid issue resolution and confidentiality.

The role requires 4+ years in IT support with executive experience, strong communication, and expertise in Microsoft 365, Windows/macOS, and device management.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of IT support experience, with at least 2 years supporting executives or VIP users preferred.
• Bachelor’s Degree in information technology or demonstrated comparable experience.
• Eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Provide dedicated, concierge‑level IT support to executives and senior leadership
• Serve as the primary point of contact for all executive technology needs
• Anticipate and proactively resolve issues to minimize downtime and maintain productivity
• Maintain confidentiality and discretion in all interactions
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and application issues across Windows and macOS devices, and mobile devices
• Coordinate with internal IT teams for escalations and ensure seamless user experience
• Provide after-hours, on-call, and emergency support for executive needs
