AMroute LLC is seeking an Executive Leadership and Headquarters IT Support Specialist to deliver white‑glove IT support to the C‑suite and HQ staff. The role partners with Microsoft 365, Endpoint, and Service Desk teams to manage and improve the IT environment.

Candidate must combine technical excellence with discretion, empathy, and superior communication skills, ensuring issues are resolved quickly and with minimal disruption.

Qualifications

• Polished professional with ability to speak to stakeholders.
• Strong written and verbal communication across all levels.
• Ability to troubleshoot a broad range of hardware, software, and connectivity issues.

Responsibilities

• Provide dedicated IT support to executives and HQ staff.
• Resolve issues promptly with minimal disruption and high quality.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, mobile devices, and connectivity problems.
• Create and maintain documentation and train users on new systems.
• Support rollout of new hardware and software and gather executive feedback.
• Collaborate with Service Desk to maintain knowledge base articles.
• Identify trends and advise leadership on risks and improvements.
• Assist with admin of Microsoft 365 services (SharePoint, AD, Exchange, Teams).
• Escalate complex issues to Tier 2.5 and coordinate with Endpoint teams.
• Recommend device standards and future upgrades based on feedback.
• Coordinate with internal IT and vendors to prioritize executive issues.
