Responsibilities

• Design and maintain CMDB data model, class structures and relationships.
• Enforce CMDB policies and ITIL-aligned naming conventions.
• Integrate CMDB data with change, incident, and problem workflows.
• Conduct configuration audits and remediation with owning teams.
• Collaborate with platform admins to implement CMDB in ServiceNow and discovery.
• Produce reports and visualizations for risk assessment and capacity planning.
• Coordinate with change, incident, and release management to keep data current.
• Lead CMDB initiatives across hybrid on-premises and cloud environments.
